The pasta featured yesterday was accompanied by this simple salad that I loved . There is nothing to it but the combination is refreshing, light and satisfying.
- 2 Cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup Green, Seedless Grapes, cut in half
- 1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- Mixing Bowl
- Chef’s Knife
- Mix all of the ingredients into the bowl and toss.
- Optionally, you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
