I have 3 minutes to get this in so here goes.
- Emmental Cheese
- Homemade Mustard
- Empanada Dough
- Cookie Sheet
- Chef’s Knife
- Follow the same instructions as the two other empanadas,
- Cut the best ham or prosciutto into small bites.
- Add just enough ham and cheese to fill empanada.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve mustard on the side.
