Ham and Cheese Empanada

I have 3 minutes to get this in so here goes.

Ingredients

Tools

  • Cookie Sheet
  • Chef’s Knife
  1. Follow the same instructions as the two other empanadas,
  2. Cut the best ham or prosciutto into small bites.
  3. Add just enough ham and cheese to fill empanada.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve mustard on the side.
